Hi bizlimpkit. Welcome! I'm really sorry you're struggling with Panic Disorder. I can definitely relate. I have all kinds of anxiety issues also.....I'm not sure if you're getting any psychiatric help at all? If not, I would really recommend that. In my personal experience I was not able to manage my anxiety issues without therapy and medication. I take an anti-depressant and it has definitely helped get me back on more of an even keel, though I still struggle with certain issues.

In therapy, as well as trying to understand what is causing the panic attacks, you can also learn a lot of good relaxation skills and distraction techniques. I think that lifestyle changes can be very helpful too - regular exercise, healthy diet, meditation practice etc etc. Some people have success with therapy and behavior modification alone, and others find the combination of medication + therapy most effective.

I really hope that professional help is an option for you so that you can start getting treatment for the debilitating panic attacks (((((((bizlimpkit)))))). Wishing you all the very best
