I wouldn't ponder on this too long, either...if its testicular cancer--you need to catch it as soon as possible...

Could you check with another doc, or see what other things this doc thinks could be done?

Thank you for the reply Doc, they're unable to do a biopsy or anything like that because if it is cancer it could cause it to spread. About the only thing to do for chronic testicular pain is take pain medicine and that's it. I don't want to be on pain pills forever! I have gotten an ultrasound and a CT scan as well, which turned up nothing unusual. I think I may make another appt with another urologist just to see what he thinks I should do.
