You're right GB52, sometimes I do feel unheard, I always try to work up the courage to talk to someone about how I feel, but I am rather uncomfortable with sharing any deeper feelings with people face to face, and I feel like it's not necessary after the episode is over. But now I will definitely try use your comments to help me gather the courage to talk to a doctor. To kind of answer your question Leed, I'm a teenager. There was no particular event that happened 1 1\2 years ago to set this off, not that I can remember, it's just the time that the first episode.
