She WILL get over it. Give her time, and try to understand that it's not an easy thing for a parent to face. She has probably had fantasies of what your dating life would be like, and now she needs to readjust all of that. Plus, it might be a hard thing to admit to her friends, depending upon what her social scene is like.

Be nice to her -- you're both going to struggle with this for a little while.
