It's hard, isn't it? I think it took me something like two or three weeks to do it (I carried around hand-written notes and jotted things down whenever they came to me). The really neat part is to look at your lists and understand yourself and just say in your own words who you are and who you pretend to be. I think I posted my descriptions in my own words somewhere on this thread too, but it might be too private to post here for some people. I would encourage you to try it, either here or with someone you feel safe with, or just to yourself.
