I get these horrible feelings inside, and I can't explain them into words. Like this ball inside me, inside my chest and throat. a hot ball that grows and grows... its got feelings like frustration and shame and anxiousness, and lonliness.... but there is other feelings I can't even explain. They spin around in there faster and faster. Sometimes I feel the only way to calm them a little is to cut... anyone know what I mean?
