Wow...that sounds exactly like me!

I don't have any trouble talking to people or meeting new ones, but after that....it happened to me a couple of times tonight. I was in my bipolar support group at NAMI and as I was speaking, I just stopped....it's like like somebody threw an orange in my mouth and it went clean down my throat and stuck! People are watching, waiting for me to keep going...I HATE THAT!!!

I asked the pdoc at the hospital about it when I was there...he said it was probably because of racing thoughts, thinking too fast. All I know is I feel like a moron when it happens!
