i'm having the same problem with knotted up neck & jaw muscles on lexapro. i can hardly move my neck & my vision is very blurred. bp is up also. i don't drink etoh, but i feel horrible on this & don't know where or who to turn to. i'm beginning to give up the thought that i will ever feel good again. at least, i know i'm not the only person feeling these s/s.
