Azalysa, I am sure that being in the psych field themselves the teacher do have empathy for mentally ill students, still I feel a lot of stigma (from myself) about them knowing about it. I really didn't tell them, though I'm sure my Abnormal Psych (I considered omitting the Psych part, LOL) prof inferred it.
I hope my experience with mental illness help me to be empathetic when dealing with other mentally ill (I plan to be a psychologist)
