I am not sure how I came upon this post from Oct. of 2009, but it is now May of 2011, and West Texas is a desert, under strict Drought guidelines, as to when and where you may water your lawn, and a $2000 fine for any water that is seen to overflow your lawn and run into the street. I wonder how long it might be before the # of weekly baths is dictated, or the amount of water one might drink. Is this global warming? I guess not, as flooding is ruining homes and farmland along the Mississippi River. I wonder whether anyone will stumble upon this essentially 2009 post and read my addition.
