thank you both for your kind words i am feeling better today and i am going to work on thurs night , i belive this manger is in on fri morn but like you said it should be left at work , why should i let ppl like that ruin the job i enjoy the person i actually work with is brilliant and wont stand for any nonsense , but it would be better if they had a full time manger as thyen we wouldnt keep going in after other ppl finish and picking up there mess taking time away from the actual care we do
