My husband is supportive but clearly does not understand the root of my anxiety (not that I do either). He tries his best but I can see he is confused when I become anxious in crowds, or closed in spaces or with heights. He just can't understand how something so normal could affect me. He is wonderful if and when I have a panic attack and coaches me through them. I am grateful this hasn't happened for months.
