I think sometimes we have to make the decision as to what our bottoms are going to look like. Hopefully this can be your bottom. Mine was quite intense as I waited a long time before i got back into treatment. But you sound like you have been to treatment before so you know what it feels like in recovery. Let that good clean feeling motivate you to get the help that you need.
