I hate not being able to sleep. My body is crying for rest, my brain is fried but it will not shut down. I try and lay down in bed and just the feel of the sheets on my legs hurts. Every nerve in my body is humming, like I just ran a marathon or like I need to stretch after sitting in one position for too long. I have 2 very busy days ahead of me and I need sleep. I don't have any problem sleeping during the day. To top it off, I just quit drinking pop, (3 weeks ago) and I don't drink coffee. How am I supposed to say awake during my training conference this weekend?
