Well I didn't have time from the time I got done with my homework til time for my next class. I only had an hour and I know that crisis doesn't always go so quickly. So I went got a salad and a bottle of water for lunch. I am feeling a little bit better but think that when I get out to my parents house I will call my T and talk to him. I still don't feel "right" so something is going funky with me.
