Thanks Rhapsody I'm glad that it's normal. Sometimes I feel like a freak.

It's weird everytime it happens. I've been going through this for the last 6 years now and it always seems to amaze me somedays. I really want some integration. Some has started. I really didn't know how natural it would be. Just like it follows or something. I would like to get down to a managable number. I've had somewhere between 25-30 pieces ( alters ). I would be happy with 5 pieces or 3, but what ever happens, happens and I'll take what I get and be happy with it.
