I know that I can recognize some subtle symptoms, so I don't think I'm necessarily predicting but noticing.
Some of the things I may notice...sleeping more, lack of concentration, difficulty finding words, eating comfort food more regularly, not answering the phone.
As I start noticing the symptoms I'm now able to start taking certain actions to minimize. Example: if i start avoiding the phone, I know that it is probably time to do the exact opposite.
