I have to remember to be more careful about it! I made the same mistake a couple of weeks ago (although that time it was worse)...my friends and I went out for bubble tea, and not exactly early either...probably around 10pm or so...and I got a drink with green tea in it (and peppermint)...and consequently had the hardest time sleeping that night.
It's annoying because I used to be able to drink whatever I wanted with caffeine and go to sleep afterwards, no problem. I actually used to wish that caffeine would affect me more because unlike most people, I couldn't really use it to stay awake. Well, now I got my wish. Lol.

I used to be able to drink coffee right before bed.
Now I can't have any caffeine after 3pm.
What's bubble tea? it sounds cool!
