Therapy is about learning more about who you are, accepting yourself as you are, and support for making changes you want to make.
You might find psychodynamic/psychoanalytic psychotherapy a better fit than cognitive behavioral therapy because there is nothing at all wrong with your behavior. You just don't like yourself and you judge yourself harshly for enjoying the things you love.
