No professional has said that I rapid cycle, but I suspect I do. I have several episodes in a row. In the last two years(since diagnosis) I have had at least 8 or 9 episodes and I think the criteria is 4 per year. I also have what I call mini episodes where it isn't a full on swing, but a swing within a larger swing. It's hard to explain.
