Well, I wasn't born physically ambiguous, but I have gone through transition (in my case, from male to female). It's a rough process sometimes, but it was worth it for me. Now I can't imagine ever going back, I am so happy with my body the way it is now. I could send you information on transition, and connect you with some trans guys for more info. PM me if you wish.
