I'm just wondering, because no one has mentioned this yet, but you might want to check your diet. Are you a diabetic or possibly an anemic? I'm sure your issues with depression probably play a role, but it sounds like there is a possibility that it could be a physical as well as a mental issue. It's just a thought. You might want to check it out.
Also look into herbal methods of mood stabilizing and sleep regulation. Maybe a homeopathic approach will be helpful?
