If you aren't due for a little while then you're not going to know for a while. I'd say wait a couple of weeks after your cycle (assuming you still haven't had one) and then take a test. My ex girlfriend and I took a test too early and it came out positive. After telling all of our family about it it turned out the test was a false positive, so never jump the gun too soon and even if you do take a test and it is positive see a Dr. first.

Plus, I am sure you are not ready to have a baby and I know by age you aren't so this needs to be a lesson learned and really shouldn't happen again.
