You're probably getting psychosomatic symptoms, because you're worried. Even if an egg had been fertilised it wouldn't have attached to your uterine wall yet, so you'd have no physical symptoms.
Some expensive pregnancy tests can tell after two weeks, with an accuracy of over 97 percent, but really you won't know till your next period.
Women who have had children before can sometimes tell before they miss their period, but the symptoms are so nebulous you couldn't describe or teach them to someone who's never been pregnant before.
Regarding the pull out method... it is very unsafe. For one thing, the man might finish on the way out, and even if he did manage not to have an orgasm in or near your private areas, there is always some pre ejaculate with small amounts of sperm, any one of which could fertilise an egg. A lot of people have got pregnant that way.
I'm really sorry that you put yourself at risk this way, and I hope that everything works out well for you. As other posters have said, be careful.
And try not to panic too much... it won't help the situation. Chances are that you're not pregnant... and you won't know for certain for a number of weeks. Let us know what happens, we're concerned for you. Stay well.
