if a forum could be started for dealing with children in our families who have been through a traumatic experience.

The thought just came to me as I tried to find a category to post concerning my little four year old granddaughter. Not only did she exhibit some very real imagery concerning death while she was with me this weekend, but she saw the mangled carcass of her beloved dog yesterday.

When she has spent the night with me, she cries in her sleep alot. That concerns me, too. I try to hold her and rock her to sooth her, but it doesn't help.

Anyone else's input would be appreicated greatly.
