when I get like this I pop in a movie that has alot of emotions in it like a drama someone always dies in a drama, someone is always got some illness they are going through in a drama, -- Beaches - two childhood friend growing up, apart and back together, one gets cancer, Love Story (title says it all a classic boy meets girl, boy and girl fall in love, boy looses girl type movie), Terms of Endearment - mother daughter relationship Steel Magnolias - mother daughter relationship has comedy also, Shame - lawyer on vacation help rape victim, Shame 2 more of lawyer helping rape victims, In the best interest of the child, ... are all emotion filled movies that help me release pent up things.

Journal writing, playing with playdough, cutting pictures and making colloges, listening to music, drawing....

A person doesn't need to cry just to release the emotions behind that feeling. you may be one of those type of people where tears wont or cant flow as release on cue.
