Janniebug, I'm sorry your T. got snippy with you. I mean she's the one familiar with your issues and is to be a helper and then to get attitude sure doesn't help!

However, I agree with myself that there could be a lot of stuff happening and T's/pdocs are under tremendous pressure. In the case of T's usually with too heavy a load. Doesn't make it right to snap at a client, but it is not you at all, it's one of their issues!
