I hope you are listening to this advice. People who have learned how to ask for help and feel better now. What do you think of that?
You are being too hard on yourself. And everything you are saying is YOU NEED PROFESSIONAL HELP. It doesn't mean your a failure, you are just very confused and need someone to help you put things into perspective with you.
Others want to reach out to you, but they don't know how, they are not professionals that can give you real explainations and teach you how to overcome your feelngs of LOW SELF WORTH AND LOW SELF ESTEEM. What you have occurs all the time not just in you, but others as well.
It is not about drawing a picture or comparing yourself to others. And it is not about what you did or didn't learn. It is about what you need to understand to feel better about your life. A therapist can help with this imensely.
