Anxiety tends not to clear up on its own accord.
Have you got some coping stratergies to help you through the bad patches?

Slowing your breathing down. Cup your hands over your nose and mouth and breath like this for at least 10 minutes.
Learn some ways to relax, you can buy a tape.
Distract yourself by doing something you enjoy to take your mind off it.
