Hang in there Had Enough...Sometimes when it is all swirling around and the emotions are conflicting...the only thing I can do is journal or really start listing the emotions and stopping after each one and making notes as to where they are coming from...If you need a good list of emotions, I'd be happy to send you one if I can! If nothing else, go for a little walk or do some deep breathing and turn on your favorite music and get something done around the house for a little while, and let your brain and heart reconnect....Hope this helps...Sending you warm and peaceful thoughts...
