I go ape if I can't breath through my nose!!! If you get some, don't get the kind that has menthol in it. It's more addicting that the other stuff. Target brand is great and much, much cheaper than a name brand.

Don't know what to tell you for the cough. I have inhalers for my asthma. Seeing a dr for that wouldn't be a bad idea, though.
