Hi, I dont think im the best person to tell you how to stop what your doing and not become bulimic but i might be able to help. Right now i think im as bulimic and i can get and it scares me, but i wasn't always this way. i used to be really healthy. I set up a meal plan for the whole week and i ate everything that was on the plan. i also had a point system. For example a meal like lunch or supper was two points and a small snack like an apple was one point. At the end of the day i added up the points and had to workout just as much as i ate according to a point system that i gave different workouts. Tae-bo was 3 points, running 10 minutes was 2 points walking 10 minutes was 1 point and so on. I dont know if that would help you but it used to work for me. I actually lost weight too. I'm 5'4" and i was 119 pounds when i did that. People even asked me if i was anorexic, but i wasn't then.
