I CAN'T keep up with my freaking brain anymore!!! My hypomania has decreased, but I just have so many things to do all at once and so many things on my mind along with constant changes and last-minute things.
I don't even think I am making any sense right now.
It's just that my mind is always three steps ahead of my body and it's making me so freaking anxious because I can't keep up.
I use various relaxation methods, but they only last so long. They way I feel, I'd have to meditate all day long to stay calm.
