ah, dont feel that your not important, you are. What about a hospital? Is there one near by? If they have a mental health service maybe they can help you?

Do you notice what sort of situations are creating the anger? Certain people, places, times of day?
Would your mum let you go on the pill? It may help if it is made worse by hormones?
Do you recognise when this anger is coming?
How long until you are old enough to make your own medical decisions?
