I would tell her. Accupuncture is inserting needles into key areas on the body to relieve stress you move or react to the flashback during the inserting of the needles that could lead to disaster. She may tell you that it is time for a break from it because having a flashback during something like this cause parlysing for life or possible death if she is working near specific arteries and or the spine.
