I remember, and I understand what youa re saying aobut setting boundaries. I'm workingon boundaries myself, and I know it isn't easy, especially when those around us want us to act as if nothing ever happened.

I have this refrain churning over. I didn't like it at first, but now I see some sense in it.

"Fool me once - shame on you.
Fool me twice - shame on me."

I'm trying to use this online first - not strong enough to do it irl, and barely managing online. But I'm working on it. Well done to you. Boundaries are important.
