The OP described my mornings, to the letter. I feel like I'm lugging through mud until about twenty to thirty minutes after I take my medicine. The headache is pretty small, unless I forget to take the pill. If I do forget, the headache starts to get worse as the day goes on.

I take Concerta, by the way.
