Hi Green
People are not angry with you - they are worried about you and doing their best to convince you to stop now before you're addicted to binging and throwing up. At this time, you can stop, nip it in the bud. As Esthersvirtue explained, it progresses in stages until it ends in addiction. Then every day would be taken up with it. Any addiction takes precedence over everything else.
I have suggested before that you take your mother into your confidence and explain that any fattening foods she buys are only aggravating your condition and tempting you beyond all endurance. Surely she would stop buying all this junk? It would tempt a saint, having all those foods available.
Don't let it get you down. Keep busy and interested in doing other things. Don't spend your young life ruminating about food the whole time. It can steal a lot of years out of your life. I've seen it so often in my job as a nutritionist/dietician. It can damage your oesophagus irreparably. You would deeply regret that. You would also lose teeth from the acid damaging the enamel. The list goes on.
Just listen, take it in. Ask your mom not to buy junk. And relax.
I'm rooting for you, Green,
best wishes FG
