My friend had her wisdom teeth removed just a couple of weeks ago and she was in a lot of pain beforehand... can you go to the pharmacy and get a OTC painkiller? Are the ones you are using now bought from shops? Or perhaps you could use Nurofen, according to the adverts there's Nurofen Plus out which they say is the strongest painkiller you can buy without buying OTC.

I hope you get the teeth removed soon, my friend has had to stick to a mainly liquid diet since and her jaw aches, but that is better than her being in pain!
