Hi heartbroken,

Well, I have this too many times, a lot of people do. But what if you take this and instead of putting down just these descriptions of emotions put reasons.

Angry about what? What is unfair to you? How do you feeled pressured?
Why is there guilt? where is the stress coming from? what is causing the sadness? And why are you fearful?

What you have to do is be totally honest with yourself about the answers.
Many times these emotions are because we are allowing things we cannot control make us feel them. We have to understand what we can control and what we cant. And what we can change about ourselves that can release feeling responsible for something we truely cannot control.

If these feelings are about another person, it is important to know that we cannot control others. It isn't that easy, but a necessary element towards allowing ourselves to be a healthier person.

Remember, you have to be honest here.
