I'm sorry that you're getting pretty much placed on the backburner...it seems that way anyways. I know it really sucks when people take forever to do crap that's really important for you.

I had this one caseworker at welfare and she was supposed to get my food stamps and all that...well after the date where the food stamps were supposed to be enacted, she decided to send me a letter asking for more info...so I was without food stamps for another 2 weeks and ended up having to go to community services for money so I could eat. So I know what you're going through somewhat...
