Sorry to hear about the possible relapse. Maybe it's just sinking in that you just had a big move from NY to CO. I know all the times I've moved it was unsettling for the first few days or weeks. The feeling that the new place is unfamiliar, that insecurity until a new place feels like home. Cheer up, probably just a little adjustment period. I work with a woman managing bipolar and it can be an ongoing process. I have experienced anxiety my whole life and bouts of depression so I understand how you may be feeling. See that doctor. I always feel better when I see mine. He makes me hopeful by reminding me it's my condition, it's not who I am and that it's manageable.
