I work with a woman managing bipolar and it can be an ongoing process. I have experienced anxiety my whole life and bouts of depression so I understand how you may be feeling. See that doctor. I always feel better when I see mine. He makes me hopeful by reminding me it's my condition, it's not who I am and that it's manageable.

TY for the response, the biggest adjustment I have to make is not having a car, I gave up my car as a result of both being broke until my disability was approved and an intense fear of driving, I also have a fear of buses and have managed to tackle 2 bus routes to walmart to get groceries andmeds and one to go downtown to eat out and go to the independance center. That 's all I do so far but its a start, one of these days I have to take a test run to Fountain on the Fountain bus where my doctor is, luckily i have enough meds to last for a bit. Thanks again for responding.
