I hate to say this, but it sounds like the system "works" the same everywhere. Wish I had something positive to tell you. Heck, I'd like to hear something positive about it, too! Their right hand doesn't know what the left foot is doing. Yeah, I know that doesn't make sense, but neither does all that so-called "work" they do.

My T has a another job that is actually a part of that DHS system, but he works in forensic psychology at one of the state hospitals for that job. I have to think that he's at least on the "good" side being where he is. Of course, I am a little biased anyway just because he's my T, whom I am greatful for putting up with me (and my multiple voice mails, my secrecy sometimes in talking, etc).
