I also took this, but as with any medication, everyone is different. It did keep me too groggy. In fact, the next morning, I would be falling to sleep driving to work. I am a surgical assistant and found that my vision was more blurry and had more trouble concentrating. I took it for about three weeks, changing the doses around and was never able to adapt it to my life. Work is good therapy for me and I just couldn't get over the grogginess. If your Pdoc wants you to try it, I'd go with what she says. They know you best. We can only share our experiences with you which are as varied as the people sharing them. Good Luck and hang in there.
