I agree that it's OK to "cave in" or be "bad" it's the use of such words that concern me. Healthy eating is a good habit to develop, if someone keeps beating themselves up over not being perfect, that good habit will be lost imo.
Don't worry, first off, about removing the non nutritious foods from your intake, but add the nutritious foods anyway.
"all things in moderation" if you know you will eat some cherry cheesecake on Friday, it helps to eat healthier through the week

and you will feel in control.
