fan is a great idea i have a ceiling fan and i love it the stairs going up to th esecond floor and third floor apartments are made of metal and rattle when its windy which it has been every day since I moved here, not mild wind, really windy plus they make noise obviously when people take their dogs out and walk up and down the stairs, I can even hear the dogs nails hitting the metal , do I have a hypersensitivity to noise or something? what causes that? off for my walk.
