I'm sorry you are feeling scared. I've felt that way too. I hope you are able to talk to your T about all of this. Something I am having to learn is that I sometimes feel unsafe when actually I am quite safe. But I do understand about feeling scared by the apparent presence of anger. I do it in real life too - my husband crashes the pans around in the kitchen and I feel my whole body tense up. Memories do strange things like that to us.
