Took bus to walmart to grocery shop for next 2 to 3 weeks, took taxi back so I could get groceries home, only time i take a taxi, sat at pool despite anxiety altho it was much less today than it has been and stayed at pool for over an hour chatting with new friend who lives in my building, have had to leave pool after five to ten minutes beacause of anxiety up until this point, feeling proud, have a lot more I need to accomplish like going to get new ID for state of Colorado , food stamps and medicaid, breaking it down to one task at a time TY for being here.
