I'd definitely be honest. I'm sure it's not the first time they've heard that someone has tried someone else's ADD med to see if it worked. Hell, that's how doctors find out if most people are ADD. Give 'em the drug, if it calms them down, they're ADD. If if hypes them up, they're not.
